On WA 20/30 heaters the cold air is taken in at the bottom of the heater and the hot air is blown out in the top. -

Page 6: Positioning And Mounting
On delivery the heater is placed horizontally on a wooden pallet. After removing the packing the WA 20/30 heater is placed on either the supplied stand or directly on an air intake duct. If the unit is to work without air intake duct the stand MUST be used, as the air is taken in at the bottom of the unit. -

If flue outlet connection at the top has been ordered, the heater will be fitted with a pre- mounted flue outlet piece. Duct connection in accordance with the drawing below. WA 20 360 WA 30 560 The chimney must not rest on the heater. If it is necessary to support the chimney, the support must be fixed to something else than the heater. -

3.5 Burner door WA 20/30 standard versions are fitted with right-hand door. The door is changed to left-hand by dismounting the hinges at the right, turn them 180° and mounting them again in the door fittings at the left. -

4. STARTING Important! The warm air heater may only be switched off by means of the room thermostat or the burner switch. Switching off the unit by means of an external breaker might cause overheating and thus damage to the burner chamber and the heat exchanger. If the temperature for some reason rises above 80°C inside the heater, the Limit thermostat will stop the burner till the temperature has fallen below 80°C. -

The burner breaker (1) is put in position 1 - (on) If a room thermostat is connected to the models WA 20/30 the burner will be controlled automatically by this thermostat, i.e. the burner will start automatically when the room temperature is lower than the setting on the thermostat, and it will stop again when the temperature has reached the set value. -

(1) and (7) and the unit is reassembled in reverse order. 5.3 Further Components All other components in the WA 20/20M/30 heaters need no service. The burner should be checked in accordance with the instructions of the burner supplier. All thermostats have to be checked once a year. -

6. FAULT FINDING In case of failure - check the following points: Is there any oil in the tank and are all valves open?/Is there any gas supply? Is the current supply to the unit OK? Is the room thermostat/week-end panel set to a temperature higher than the room temperature? Are the air intake- and exhaust openings open? 3.2 Aufstellung der WA 20 und WA 30 Geräte Das Gerät wird auf einer Holzpallete stehend angeliefert. Nach Entfernen der Verpackung kann der WA 20/30 entweder auf das mitgelieferte Fussgestell oder direkt auf einen Ansaugkanal gesetzt werden. Soll das Gerät ohne Ansaugkanal arbeiten muss immer ein Fussgestell benutzt werden, da sich der Ansaug direkt im Boden des Gerätes befindet. -

Ausblas durch Kanal und Schornsteinanschluss oben am Gerät Wenn Schornsteinanschluss oben am Gerät gewählt wird, ist das Gerät mit vormontiertem Schornsteinstück geliefert. Kanalanschluss laut untenstehenden Ausmaßen. WA 20 360 WA 30 560 Bitte darauf achten, dass das Gewicht des Schornsteins nicht auf dem Gerät ruht. -

3.5 Brennertür WA 20/30 ist standardmäßig in rechten Türbefestigungen aufgehängt. Wünscht man die Tür linksanschlagend, sind die beiden rechten Halterungen abgeschraubt, um 180 Grad gedreht und anschließend an den linken Türbefestigungen montiert zu werden. 3.6 Elektrischer Anschluss Im Schaltschrank befindet sich ist ein Anschlussprint, auf welchem sämtliche Funktionen des Gerätes zusammenlaufen. -

4. INBETRIEBNAHME Wichtig! Der Warmlufterzeuger darf nur über den Raumthermostaten oder den Brennerschalter ausgeschaltet werden. Das Abschalten des Gerätes über einen aussenliegenden Heizungsschalter kann zu einer Überhitzung der Brennkammer und des Wärmetauschers führen und damit zu deren Beschädigung. Sollte die Temperatur im Gerät aus irgend einem Grund 80°C überschreiten, so schaltet der Limitthermostat im Gerät den Brenner so lange ab, bis die Temperatur wieder unter 80°C gefallen ist. -

Der Brennerschalter (1) wird auf 1 gestellt (angeschaltet) Ist ein Raumthermostat am WA 20/30 angeschlossen wird der Brenner jetzt automatisch über diesen gesteuert. Dies bedeutet das der Brenner bei tieferer Raumtemperatur als am Thermostaten eingestellt, automatisch startet und beim Erreichen der gewünschten Temperatur automatisch wieder gestoppt wird. -

Bevor der komplette Filter wieder in das Gerät geschoben wird, ist das Laufrad des Ventilators auf Verschmutzung zu überprüfen und gegebenenfalls mit einem Staubsauger abzusaugen. Wärmetauscherrohre (1 und 7) zu schieben und das Gerät in umgekehrter Reihenfolge zusammen zu bauen. 5.3 Übrige Komponenten Alle übrigen Komponenten des WA 20/20M/30 sind wartungsfrei. Der Brenner ist entsprechend den Unterlagen des Brennerlieferanten zu kontrollieren und zu warten. Die Funktion aller inwendigen Thermostate ist einmal jährlich zu prüfen. -

6. STÖRUNGSSUCHE Im Falle eines Ausfalles des Gerätes sollten zuerst folgende Punkte kontrolliert werden: Ist die Gaszufuhr zum Brenner in Ordnung? Gibt es Öl im Tank und sind die Ventile offen? Ist die Stromzuführung zum Gerät in Ordnung? Ist der Raumthermostat bzw. das Wochenschaltpult auf eine höhere Temperatur als die Raumtemperatur eingestellt. - Page 27 7.
