Problem
Cooktop enamel Improper usage

• Do not hit enamel cooktop.
Pitting of the If not removed immediately, sugary spillovers (such as preserves, ketchup,
cooktop glass tomato sauce, jellies, fudge, candy, syrups, or chocolate) or melted plastic or foil
can cause surface pitting of the cooktop. (Not covered by warranty)
• Remove the molten material IMMEDIATELY with a metal razor scraper.
• For safety, wear an oven mitt or hot pad while scraping the hot surface.
Unit has no power 1. House power turned off (power supply)
• Check power at main board before calling for service.
2. Tripped breaker
• Match power cord type and outlet type.
3. The power cord is not installed properly.
• Properly install the power cord.
• A: 3-WIRE HOOK UP
• B: 4-WRIE HOOK UP

Oven or racks are Aluminum foil has melted in the oven
stained after
using aluminum
foil
• Never cover the oven bottom or cover an entire rack with materials such as
aluminum foil.
• If the foil has already melted onto the oven, it will not affect the performance of
the oven.
