    1.1. AIR CONTROLS USER INSTRUCTIONS The Masport Bowden range of wood heaters feature a single air control system. It is designed to introduce oxygen into the base of the fire, controlling the rate of INTRODUCTION combustion of the wood. In addition, oxygen is drawn into the upper firebox where combustion of the gases occurs.
