Problem
Device gives memory error

Solution
• Run the device self diagnostics.
• Soft reset the device.
• Hard reset the device but do not clear
data.
• Hard reset the device and clear data.
• Hold Left CTRL, Left FN, Right FN
for 3-5 seconds.
• Soft reset the device, then:

• Tap Start
Executive Keyboard
• Tap Enable and try to setup the
keyboard again
• Replace the batteries in the keyboard.
• Hard reset the device, then reinstall
keyboard driver.
Click New Partnership to start a fresh
search for devices.
Many new cars from VW, BMW and
Mercedes have a metal UV filter in the
front window preventing GPS signals.
Try placing the GPS unit near the
rear window.
