[ Method ]
1. Marinate the ground beef and preserved vegetables
with seasonings and mix well. Press into patty shape.
2. Cut the salted Egg Yolk into dices and place on the patty
for decoration.
3. Cover with microwave wrap and press Steam Meat pad
twice to Cook.

1. Marinate the chicken pieces and soaked mushrooms
with seasonings. Then mix together with ginger and
green onion slices.
2. Cover with microwave wrap and press Steam Meat pad
twice to Cook.

PROCEDURE
• Wash fish thoroughly and
remove scales.
• Make a few slits on the skin
of fish, pierce the eyes of
fish.
• Put on a shallow dish, 22-28
cm in diameter.
• Sprinkle lightly with water,
salt and oil.
• Put green onion and ginger
slices on top.
• Cover with microwave wrap.
• After cooking, stand for 2
minutes.
• Marinate the meat.
• For meat patty, try to make it
a thin layer especially in the
centre.
• Put on a shallow dish, 22-28
cm in diameter.
• Cover with microwave wrap.
• After cooking, stand for 2
minutes.
