Detaching Floppy Drive Cables

Disconnect the cables from the floppy drive and system board.

Disconnect the CD/DVD drive cable and the power cable from the

CD/DVD drive.
On the small form-factor computer, remove or raise the drive by

pressing the green tabs on either side of the drive and lifting the drive
up.
Remove the interposer board from the floppy drive by pressing the

tab and rotating the interposer board.

To release the cable from the connector, slide the lever until it is

fully extended and then lift the cable away.
