Wiring the ISP94 Power Supply...

Locate the 4 position, pin housing that contains two RED wires and two BLACK wires. Extend these wires (using customer supplied in-
line splices) towards the vehicle's battery. Connect the spliced, BLACK wires to the factory chassis ground adjacent to the battery. The
spliced RED wires must be connected to a user supplied, 30 amp fuse and then to the battery's POSITIVE (+) terminal. Be sure that the
fuse is wired no farther than 2 (two) feet from the battery. The pin housing can now be plugged into the power supply outlet labeled
"POWER". Refer to the System Illustration Sheet for your system (included in this manual) for further illustration.
WARNING: The strobe light power supply is a high voltage device. Do not remove strobe tubes or dismantle strobe light heads
in the system while it is in operation. Wait 10 minutes after turning off power before starting work or any trouble shooting.
WARNING: All customer supplied wires that connect to the positive terminal of the battery must be sized to supply
at least 125% of the maximum operating current and FUSED at the battery to carry that load. DO NOT USE CIRCUIT
BREAKERS WITH THIS PRODUCT!

Mounting the Remote Head Assembly...

Regardless of which system you are installing, there are a few common considerations when selecting a mounting location for the remote
head:
The location must allow full visibility of the remote head.
The remote head should be mounted in a location that will not be in contact with other vehicles or equipment
that may damage the remote head.
The remote head was designed to be mounted vertically.
The mounting surface must be able to tolerate welding.
Be aware of all of the functions of your specific remote head. This will help determine the location.
With the permanent mounting location determined, the remote head can be welded into place.

Wiring the Remote Head Assembly...

STEP 1: Connecting The Waterproof Housing Kit
1.
Insert the harness cable into the Flex Tube. Be sure there is approximately 3 to 5 inches of cable pulled through the other end of the
Flex Tube (See Figure 1 on page 7).
2.
Fit the Locking Cuff onto the flex tube as shown.
3.
Slide the Locking Fixture onto the cable as shown.
4.
Now slide the Primary Shaft Housing onto the cable as shown.
5.
Position the Locking Fixture inside the Primary Shaft Housing.
6.
Fit the Flex Tube completely around the end of the Primary Shaft Housing.
7.
Tighten Locking Cuff around the Primary Shaft Housing.
8.
Insert the Harness/FlexTube assembly though the wiring opening in the remote head.
9.
Secure assembly with Locking Nut.
10. Install cable clamp as shown for strain relief (to keep wires from moving inside of cable) and tighten securely.
STEP 2: Pinning The Harness Cable
NOTE: The Harness cable can not be pinned until cable is inside the Remote Head housing.
Refer to the following Table for the pinning information for your specific system:
NOTE: Both the Driver and Passenger side cables are pinned identically
