VERIFYING THERE IS AN 8X ERROR
1.
Disconnect all inputs to the TV
2.
Cycle AC Power
(Unplug and Plug AC Cord from the AC Outlet).
3.
Do one of the following:
a. If the Standby LED blinks red 8 times, proceed to "Resetting
the TV to Factory Condition" on page 35.
b. Clear the Self Check history by following the instructions
provided in "Clearing the Self Diagnosis Self Check
Information" on page 33
RESETTING THE TV TO FACTORY CONDITION
Verify before proceeding to the next step:

To reset the TV, follow the instructions for "Resetting the TV to
Factory Condition" on page 40.
2.
Do one of the following:
a. If the Standby LED blinks red 8 times, proceed to "Updating
the Software" on page 35.
b. Clear the Self Check history by following the instructions
provided in "Clearing the Self Diagnosis Self Check
Information" on page 33.
UPDATING THE SOFTWARE
Verify before proceeding to the next step:

; Reset the TV to Factory Condition

Check for latest Software Version through Network Connection or
Reference Library.

The Main Board should be replaced only if all other options have not
resolved the issue.
