Connecting to the Computer

Note: For the subnet mask, make the setting the same value as the one used by the computer. Here,
"255.255.255.000" is entered by way of example.

If you connect the computer and the machine on a one-to-one basis, this completes the settings to
make on the printer. Proceed to P. 43 "Step 3: Make the Port Settings for the Software RIP".
If you need to set the gateway address, proceed to the following procedure, P. 43 "3. Set the gateway
address.".
