Steps：
1. Take out BASE PAN from Panel (Fig. 1, 2).
Obliquely take out BASE PAN.
2. Inspect whether Panel has lack of parts,
deformation or other defects (Fig. 1).
3. To confirm whether the LVDS cable is broken,
fractured and so on (Fig. 2).
