Lift the implement at the headstock. Use a suitable lifting device. Remove the pallet from the rear side of the imple- ment.

Connect the hydraulic hoses to the hydraulic rams and motors according to the advice in the instructions. When you fit the hydraulic hoses to the tractor hydraulic sockets, always ensure that the hydraulic system at the tractor as well as at the implement side is without pres- sure.

    4 - OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS Power Take-Off (PTO) shaft – Shorten Power Take-Off (PTO) shaft length NOTE: Do not shorten your new Power Take-Off (PTO) shaft until you are certain that it is necessary. From the factory the distance from PTO to Power Input Connection (PIC) is standard on most tractor brands.

Fasten the PTO shaft half parts to the PTO (on the tractor) and the PIC (on the implement). The PTO shaft half parts must be at the same horizontal level, opposite each other at the shortest distance from the tractor.

    6 - WORKING OPERATIONS 6 - WORKING OPERATIONS###_6_### General information Implement overview The tedder is an implement for the following operations: • Tedding. • Turning. • Clearing of windrows or small nights swaths. For the road transport, especially for narrow roads, the implement is equipped with a hydraulic system that moves the outer rotors to the vertical position.
