Possible cause and remedy
Automatic dispensing is deactivated.
 Before the next wash cycle, ensure that the
TwinDos sensor button is lit.
Detergent is not dispensed although the TwinDos
sensor button is lit.
 Try again.
 If detergent is still not dispensed, call the Service
department.
Possible cause and remedy
The hygiene info was not observed. A wash program
using a temperature above 60 °C has not been run for
a long period of time.
 In order to prevent bacteria and unpleasant odours
building up in the machine, run the Clean machine
program using Miele dishwasher and washing
machine cleaner or powder detergent.
The door and detergent dispenser drawer were
closed after washing.
 Leave the door and the detergent dispenser
drawer slightly open to allow them to dry.
The machine feet are not level.
 Level the machine and adjust the feet correctly.
The machine detected an imbalance during the final
spin and reduced the spin speed automatically.
 Wash large and small items together in order to
achieve a more even load distribution.
