Strain-gauge force cells convert the force of an applied weight into an analog signal. This signal is amplified by an operational amplifier and converted to a digital signal by analog to digital converter.

Load cells have no user serviceable components and should not be tampered with for any reason.

The Local Gravitational Acceleration may have to be re-set for the current geographical location for improved accuracy.

It is a value between zero and the Full Scale values. It is usually close to half of the Full Scale value.
