Measure out the detergent and the
fabric conditioner.

Bleach
Alternatively the softener, it is also possible to use a bleach agent in the compart-
ment
with the programmes for white cottons.
Proceed as follows:
• Put the bleach in the compartment
detergent dispenser drawer.
• Run a programme for white cottons.
• At the end of the programme, run the programme RINSE. Use softener, if de-
sired. This helps to eliminate any bleach residues.
Never pour bleach and softener into the compartment at the same time.
7.3 Setting and starting a
programme

Turn the programme knob. The rela-
ted programme indicator comes on.

– Do not use gelatinous or thick
liquid detergents.
– Do not put more liquid deter-
gent than the limit showed in
the flap.
– Do not set the prewash phase.
