◦ Danger of electric shock. Operate the machine only at a power source which is protected
by a residual current switch with a residual current of 30 mA! Sockets must be properly in-
stalled, earthed and tested.
◦ Danger due to unintentional start of the machine. When emptying the chip collection bag
and when not using the machine, the mains plug must be disconnected.
◦ Danger from wood dust. Inhalation of wood dust is hazardous to health! Always wear a
dust mask when emptying the collection bag. When disposing of the chip waste, ensure
that it is disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner!
◦ Fire hazard! Never vacuum hot objects with the machine!
◦ Hearing damage if the necessary hearing protection is not used.
◦ Harmful emissions of wood dust when used indoors.

Warning:

Check extension cords regularly and replace them if they are damaged.
Only use extension cords that are approved for this purpose and marked accordingly out-
doors.
Always pay attention to what you do. Get to work vigilantly. Do not use the tool when you are
tired.
Do not use tools where the switch cannot be turned on or off.
Warning!
Use of other tools and accessories may result in injury.
Disconnect the mains plug during any adjustment or maintenance work.
Pass on the safety instructions to all persons working with this machine.
The machine is equipped with a safety switch to prevent it from being switched on again after
a voltage drop.
Before commissioning, check whether the voltage given on the nameplate of the device
matches the mains voltage.
