    OmniFlow 330 1 Introduction 1.1 Preface This manual only applies to OmniFlow 330 machine. Before using the machine, please read the instruction manual carefully first.     OmniFlow 330 3 Main parts 3.1 Overview Name Description Key panel Operation Screen Display Outfeed transmission belt（Optional） Sheet transmission.     OmniFlow 330 4 Installation 4.1 Remove the fix bar and plate As shown in the following figure, remove the fix bar and plate first. Fix bar Fix plate 4.2 Mount the extension board There are three screws for the feeding extension board. Remember to fasten the screws after hanging the extension table on.

    OmniFlow 330 4.5 Outfeed conveyor（Optional） 4.5.1 Installation As shown in the following figures, the extension board should be lower than the conveyor so that the coming sheets will not hit the board.     OmniFlow 330 5 Operation 5.1 Setting 5.1.1 Separator finger adjusting knob As shown in the following figures. Turn the knob anticlockwise can increase the gap while clockwise decrease the gap. When the sheets double fed, we need to decrease the gap. When the sheets get stuck at the entrance, we should increase the gap. Adjusting knob Sheet Finger...

    OmniFlow 330 Adjusting knob Trigger flag 5.1.4 Place sheets The deflectors and the side guides are placed based the sheet width. As for wider sheets ,you may need to lift the edge of sheet on operation side a little to make it fed square.

    OmniFlow 330 5.1.5 Speed adjusting knob Turn the knob anticlockwise the speed will slow down . Before we turn the knob，we need to unlock the key by following the arrow direction first.     5.3 Standby When power on the machine, it will come up the Vivid welcome interface. Then it will enter standby interface. Ver：1.01 means the current software version of machine is 1.03.As for the “Ready 0/0,the left 0 means quantity of the paper being run and the right 0 means the preset quantity of paper.

    OmniFlow 330 5.4 Set Batch Press “M” to enter Set Batch interface. We can set the batch quantity. Shown in the following pictures. After confirming, it will enter the standby interface. Then we can set the sheet quantity for each batch. For example, we set 3 batches and 2 sheets for each batch on the machine.

    OmniFlow 330 standby interface. 5.8 DBL feed detect（Optional） Press “M” to enter the interface. We can select to open or close the double feed detecting function. Notes：The double feed detecting sensors are optional. If there are no double feed detecting sensors on the machine but the double feed detect is on, it will come up the error message.

    OmniFlow 330 6 Trouble shooting 6.1 C-5 no paper As shown in the following figure, there is a sensor for the detection of sheets. When the sensor detect no sheets on the table, it will come up C-5. 6.2 C-2 infeed jam （1）C-2 comes up without any sheet getting stuck As shown in the following figure, the sensor may be covered by paper dust.

    OmniFlow 330 6.3 C-1 top cover open When the top cover is opened, it will come up C-1. If the flag didn’t press the switch or the switch broken, it will come up the C-1 as well.     OmniFlow 330 7 Maintenance Maintenance of machinery is crucial, necessary maintenance can extend the service life of machinery, and can improve the efficiency of machinery. After long run, the mechanical parts may be covered by lots of dust，which will have bad effects on the operation.
