Roof / Side wall
Now we are starting to assemble Polycarbonate panels.
1.
Loose the bolts tighten glazing bar #V215 and horizontal rail.
2.
Insert roof panel #I2 in alu. Frame channel on bottom, and curve it along the curved channel.
3.
Move roof panel #I2 to top position.
4.
Assemble second roof panel next to top roof panel in same way.
5.
Sliding side panel #B between cross bar part #V042 and side sill bar with PVC anti-dust strip p7 on bottom.
6.
Retighten the bolt to fixing glazing bar #V215 and bottom sill bar and base.
7.
Do the same on opposite side.
Very Important: At this stage, if you already decide where your roof vent are positioned, please insert an extra bolt #a1 into each
glazing bar either side of a vent opening.
