Priority channel key. When pressed all other modes are cancelled, and the

unit is tuned in to channel 16 on high power. Pressed again the unit will
return to normal operation

Favourite channels key, used to toggle between favorite channels

Scan key
Menu key. A short press opens the DSC menu used to make DSC calls. A

long press displays the radio menu

Intercom key. Used with the optional AHK05E handset
Escape key, used to clear incorrect entries, to exit from a menu without

saving changes, and to back up to the previous screen
Rotary key. Turn to select a channel or a menu item, push to activate the

Enter function
Transmission Power key. Press to toggle between high or low transmission

power
Information key. Press to toggle through the INFO displays for

environmental and radio data

Push To Talk (PTT) key
Channel select keys. Use single presses to step through available

channels one at a time, or hold down to scroll rapidly through available
channels

Alpha-numeric keys used to enter the channel numbers and text
