Language capacity (1): Displays the number of languages
available and the default language.
Type audio output (2).
Subtitle display (3): Displays if, and in which language
subtitles are available.
Picture Angle (4): In the event the DVD offers the oppor-
tunity to choose different picture angles, the number of
angles and the default picture angle is displayed here.
1. Insert CD/DVD into CD/DVD-compartment
"Load CD/DVD".
. Press the "PLAY ►" key (Fig. 4/) on the remote control.
Note:
If the play does not start up or the play quality is poor, check
the default settings on the DVD-Players.
1. Press the "PAUSE/STEP II ►" key (Fig. 4/17) on the re-
mote control. The play is interrupted and the current image
is frozen.
. Press the "PLAY ►" key (Fig. 4/) on the remote control,
to restart "normal" play.
Press the AUDIO key (Fig. 4/18) repeatedly to change the
audio-language. The available languages are dependent on
the DVD.
Press the SUBTITLE key (Fig. 4/1) repeatedly if you want to
activate, deactivate or select a different subtitle language. The
available subtitle languages are dependent on the DVD.
During play press "STOP
play.
Press the "PLAY ►" key again (Fig. 4/) to continue the
play from the last position.
Press the "STOP " key twice (Fig. 4/6) to stop reply
entirely. If you press the "PLAY ►" key (Fig. 4/) again,
the CD/DVD will start from the beginning.
Press " / " key (Fig. 4/10) to return to the beginning of the
previous chapter or track.
Press " / " key (Fig. 4/9) to forward to the next chapter or
track.
Enter the number of the desired chapter/track using the num-
ber key on your remote control (Fig. 4/).
Playback will start shortly.
For your convenience, you may select respective media pas-
sages directly from you screen menu as follows:
1. Press the SEARCH key (Fig. 4/11) to display the media
specific menu.
