  • Page 12 RICHTIG EINSTELLEN Sie können den Drehstuhl in der Sitzhöhe, Sitztiefe sowie Rücken- lehnenneigung verstellen. Dadurch wird Ihnen eine ergonomische Sitzhaltung ermöglicht. Eine aufrechte Sitzhaltung stärkt Ihre Wirbelsäule. Achten Sie dabei darauf, dass Sie Ihre Beine in einem Winkel von leicht über 90° und Ihre Füsse vollständig auf den Boden aufsetzen.

An upright sitting posture strengthens your spine. Make sure that you place your legs at an angle of slightly more than 90° and your feet completely on the floor.
