Tablet PC or smartphone does not charge.
Disconnect them from the usB ports and check the LED indicator and fuse.
My Samsung tablet will not charge.
samsung tablets require a different charging configuration. This unit is not
compatible with samsung tablets.
My USB device keeps dropping in and out of charge mode.
This indicates that the DC Link
is overheating. Make sure air vents on top of the
DC Link
are clear and the unit is not exposed to direct heat either by direct sun
or heater vents. reduce the temperature and check again.
No lights are on and there is no output power.
Check the fuse in the cigarette lighter plug by removing the cap on the DC plug.
Only the 12V/24V power indicator light is not on.
The low voltage protection feature shuts off power to the DC socket when your
vehicle battery voltage is low (below 11.0V). have your battery checked by your
mechanic.
