If the MT-1/WT1 seems to be having operational issues, consult the following list to
help determine the source of the problem. You can also refer to our support page
for more information (https://probewell.com/support/). If the problem persists,
please contact Probewell Lab Inc.'s technical services.
ISSUE
SOCKET DOES NOT

DESCRIPTION
The
socket
is
powering on and cannot
connect
to
its web
server.
The
meter
is
powering on after the
form was selected.
On the web interface,
you only see "Check
meter parameters" and
it does not proceed to
the "TESTS" page

Troubleshooting
• Check if the fan inside the
not
socket is running.
• Make sure the Form Selector
is set according to the meter
base being used.
• Verify that the meter base's
voltage is between 100 and
480 VAC.
• The meter base must be able
to provide at least 150 VA.
• Do not plug the tester into a
test board.
• Make sure the selected form
not
matches the one indicated on
the meter nameplate.
• Turn the MT-1/WT1 off and
on again.
• Check the meter's insertion.
• The meter could be defective.
Try another meter.
• Make sure the sensor is
positioned over the meter's
IR pulse emitter.
• Some meters need to be set
in test mode to emit a proper
pulse for testing. See the
meter's user manual.
