Warranty and repairs
If your MT-1/WT3 becomes defective while under warranty (two years after original
date of purchase), Probewell Lab Inc. will repair or replace it. If the unit becomes
defective after the warranty has expired, Probewell Lab. Inc. will repair it, charging
the cost of labor and spare parts.
Before returning a unit for repair
Please do not return your MT-1/WT3 without first contacting customer service at 1
866-626-1126 or sending an email to info@probewell.com. You will be given
detailed shipping instructions.
