2. Before Diagnosis
- Turn on Wi-Fi.
- Prepare Wi-Fi Router.
3. How to check: Automatic
- Samsung Members will try to search be nearby Wi-Fi Routers.
- The number of searchable Wi-Fi Routers will be displayed.

- Status: If the device can search Wi-Fi Routers normally, the status will be

- Check the Wi-Fi is turned on.
