The water container, depending on the frequency of use and the hardness
of the water, must be de-scaled every 2 – 3 weeks:
Heat the water container with some water and a quantity of de-scaling liquid

DANGER: Pull out the mains plug in the event of malfunctions during operation.
If the appliance does not function, check the following:
• the mains plug is connected to the mains supply.
• the thermostat turnable knob is turned to the correct position.
• If other appliances with high power requirements are in use and that the house fuse
has tripped. If this is the case, remove the other appliances from the mains supply
and reset the fuse.
• Should the house fuse again switch off, it is possible that there is a problem in the
house mains supply. In this case an electrician should be contacted.
9 Disposal
Dispose of the packaging sorted according to type.
If you should wish to get rid of the appliance, dispose of it in an
environmentally harmless manner and in accordance with the latest
stipulations. By collecting and recycling waste, you help to save natural
resources and make sure the product is disposed of in an environment friendly and
healthy way.
