CARE AND CLEANING

Before cleaning the appliance, disconnect if from the socket and leave to cool off. You
can clean the exterior of the heater with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use cleaning or
polishing products.
Changing the bulbs
• Loosen both screws at the front
panel (1) of the coal simulating
element (2). Pull the element
towards you and take all parts
out of the heater.
• Replace the two lamps with
identical G9 lamps with a
capacity of max. 25W per
lamp.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem
No operation/ no fan.
No fire effect light.
