Ensure that the printer is on, then open the Page Setup dialog box.
The Page Setup dialog box can normally be opened by selecting Page
Setup... in the File menu.

Click Utilities to open the Printer Utility dialog box.

Select Remaining ink level setting from the drop-down menu, then click
Ink Counter Reset.

Select the ink tank you have just installed, then click Execute.
