If the descaling cycle on the De’Longhi La Specialista Prestigio EC935X takes too long and does not register the descaler, ensure that:
1. Only De’Longhi descaler is used, as unsuitable descaler may cause issues. 2. The descaling process is performed correctly according to the instructions. 3. The water tank is filled with the correct amount of water and descaler mixture. 4. The mode selector dial is properly set to the descaling position. 5. If the machine does not proceed, restart the descaling cycle and check if the descaler has been properly added and mixed.
If the issue persists, consider referring to the full manual or contacting De’Longhi customer service.
