NITIAL ETUP Read the entire User Manual before setting up the Total-Body Elliptical Cross-Trainer. Note: This Total Body Elliptical Cross-Trainer is speed independent. Resistance can be adjusted by means other than speed. DANGER: Improper connection of the equipment-grounding con- ductor can result in a risk of electric shock.
