f) Trimming in the Model

When the throttle lever is in the neutral position
(figure 6, item 1), both motors must be off.
Turn the trim controller for throttle control until
both motors have stopped and do not hum. Also
observe the operating instructions for the remote
control system.
If your model tends to drift to one direction when
driving straight under full throttle, correct the neu-
tral position of the control electronics required
using the steering trimming. Also observe the
operating instructions for the remote control
system.
Attention!
The trimming settings for forwards driving and left/right influence each other.
After trimming, check that the motors do not start up or hum with the transmitter throttle and steering in the
neutral position. If this is the case, mutually trim throttle and steering and perform the corresponding
driving tests to switch this off. It is often sufficient if the trimming for the motor control is adjusted so that
they start a little later when the throttle lever is operated.
If the motors do not start at all (e.g. when driving forward), the neutral position is not recognised. In this
case, adjust the throttle lever trimming.
