Description
The cartridge cover is open.
The scanning platform is
dirty, or not set into scanning
position.

The data in memory was lost
when the machine was
turned on.
The same recipient was

Action
Close the cartridge cover.
Clean the scanning area, or
lift the scanning platform into
place.
Resend the fax or ask the
other party to send their fax
again.
