Possible solutions
Select Echo Cancelling Speakerphone (S2422HZ
or S2722DZ) from Windows sound settings.
Select corresponding device in audio device list.
This is expected behavior.
UC Platform not sync: Zoom, Google Hangouts,
BlueJeans, Cisco Webex, Facetime, Slack,
GoToMeeting.
• Ensure that you have set the default playback
device as Echo Cancelling Speakerphone
(S2422HZ or S2722DZ) or DELL S2422HZ or
S2722DZ.
• Turn Off the monitor, unplug the monitor power
cord, replug it, and then turn On the monitor.
• Reset the monitor to Factory Settings.
• Increase the speaker volume of DELL S2422HZ
or S2722DZ to maximum in the Sound dialog
box.
• Press the Volume Up button to increase the
speaker volume of DELL S2422HZ or S2722DZ.
• Set Microphone volume to 100
• Clean Microphone hole.
• Close to monitor Microphone < 70cm.
Disable Intel Smart Sound Technology for USB
Audio driver in the Device Manager and reboot
computer.
