To verify successful installation in Windows® 2000:
1. From the main desktop, click on" My Computer", then double-click on "Control Panel, System", and "Device
Manager".
2. Double-click on " Universal Serial Bus controllers". Options "USB 2.0 Hoot Hub device" or "Ali PCI to
USB Universal Host Controller" should be displayed when successfully installed. The port is ready to connect the
new device.
Windows XP Driver installation
1. Run the driver installer program. (D:\Drivers\Windows\Driver.exe) – substitute D: for the letter of your CD-ROM.
2. This program will copy driver files onto your windows system. Once completed, restart your computer.
3. After system reboot, windows will find the new hardware "ALI PCI to USB Enhanced Host Controller" and
install the driver.
4. Restart the computer again to complete the installation.
