Basic functions

Switching Porsche Classic Communication
Management on and o
Switching on/o via the ignition
Switch on the ignition. Porsche Classic Com-
munication Management is active.
Switching on/o via the le -hand knob
If you do not wish the Porsche Classic Communica-
tion Management to be permanently active, you can
also switch it on/o using the le -hand knob.
Press the le knob for at least one second.

Adjusting the volume

Turn the le knob . Depending on situation,
you can change the volume as follows
– the active audio source,
– a tra c announcement,
– an announcement by the navigation,
– the telephone ringing tone during an incom-
ing call
– making a hands free telephone call.

Mute

Mute audio source:
Brie y press the le knob . The active audio
source is muted
Cancel muting
To cancel muting brie y press or turn the le
knob .
Information
Muting is also used to cancel incoming tra c an-
nouncements (TA)
Selecting the operating mode
The various Porsche Classic Communication Man-
agement modes are selected by pressing the HOME;
TUNER; MEDIA; PHONE and NAV buttons.

Menu types and operation options

The Porsche Classic Communication Management
screen is a colour touch screen. All of the menu
functions, list entries and input menus, as well as the
arrow symbols and scroll bars are operated by lightly
touching the respective part of the screen.
Which menus are available?
The HOME Menu
The functional range of Porsche Classic Communica-
tion Management is divided into the following main
menus via the HOME menu:
– TUNER (button in the HOME menu or the but-
ton): Radio main menu,
– MEDIA (button in the HOME menu or the but-
ton): Media main menu,
– PHONE (button in the HOME menu or the but-
ton):: Telephone, main menu
– NAV (button in the HOME menu or the button):
Navigation main menu,
– Map (button in the HOME menu): Calendar
con guration,
– Sound (button in the HOME menu): Sound set-
tings.
– Settings (button in the HOME menu): General
device settings.
Operating PCCM/PCCM Plus
In many of these main menus various sub menus are
combined to form a single topic.
Jump back to the HOME menu
Press the key to return to the HOME-
HOME
Menu.
Options menus
There is an options menu Options
the main menus where you will nd setting options
and further functions for that particular main menu.
Calling up and operating menu types
Call up main menus
To call up a main menu, press the corresponding
key on the Porsche Classic Communication Man-
agement or select the corresponding button via
the menu on the touchscreen. You can

change from one main menu to another menu
at any time. To return to the top level of a main
menu, use the button until you return to
BACK
the top level of the main menu.
Call up options menus
To access an Options menu, select the Options
button in the main menu on the touch
screen.
Operating menus with the touchscreen
Touch the individual menu items or buttons
directly on the screen.
Operating menus with the right-hand knob
As an alternative to operating via the touchscreen
operation, the menu items can also be operated us-
ing the right-hand knob
