Installation 1. Shut off water supply and select a mounting location a) The location should allow for a minimum clearance of 2 ½ inches under the cartridge(s) so they can be removed and replaced. b) Provide adequate space on both sides for plumbing and also for system flushing. 2. - Page 5 5. Plumb to connect ¾” NPT connections a) Connect inlet + outlet ports of High-Flow Systems to water consuming equipment being fed. b) Use an industry approved pipe dope or Teflon tape at all connections. ® c) Always use a wrench on all the fittings to avoid undue stress on system components. d) Careful when sweating joints not to damage elastomeric components.
