    Loading paper Loading paper and other print media If the paper support flap is open, close it, and then close the paper support. Pull the paper tray completely out of the machine. Lift the output paper tray cover (1). With both hands, gently press and slide the paper side guides (1) and then the paper length guide (2) to fit the paper size.

This report lists the sender’s name or fax number, the time and date of transmission, duration of transmission, number of pages sent, and whether or not the transmission was successful.

If your Brother machine shares a line with other telephones and you want it to automatically answer all incoming faxes, you should select the Fax/Tel mode. In Fax/Tel mode, your Brother machine will automatically receive faxes and produce a pseudo/double-ring to alert you to answer voice calls.
