The safety gate must be inspected for stability and secure closure
as well as faultless functioning of the locks, after it has been
installed.
Always assemble the safety gate so that the opening level is always
facing away from the child (i.e., out of reach).
ASSEMBLY AT STAIRS
Warning: it is particularly important to assemble the safety gate
correctly if it is fitted at stairs.
Warning: the safety gate's position at stairs can have an adverse effect
on the health of your child.
The safety gate must be installed above the uppermost step, if the
safety gate is used at the upper end of the stairs so that the child can
not fall downstairs.
The safety gate should be installed on the lowest step, if it is used at
the foot of the stairs so that the child cannot climb upstairs.
Please use only hauck's original accessories and hauck's original spare
parts.
This safety gate complies with DIN EN 1930:2000-08.
