Cause and Troubleshooting
Remove transport locks

Load recognition is active.
No error, no action necessary.

Note: The load detection can take up to 2 minutes.
Detergent dosage is too high.
Immediate measure: mix a tablespoon of fabric softener

ter with 0.5 l of water and pour this mixture into the left
compartment (not for outdoor, sportswear and down
textiles).
During the next wash, reduce by an equal amount.
