THE PCP FILL ADAPTER. PETROLEUM LUBRICANTS MAY CAUSE FIRE OR
EXPLOSION IF ENTERED INTO THE HIGH PRESSURE TUBE OF YOUR PCP
AIRGUN.
ALWAYS READ AND UNDERSTAND ALL FILL STATION INSTRUCTIONS.
WARNING: Compressed air will rush out of the vent hole (part #4) when relieving
pressure from the fill hose. Use caution in directing the venting air.
ALWAYS WEAR GLOVES AND SAFETY GLASSES WHEN OPERATING THIS
FILL STATION!!
WARNING: Do NOT disconnect the hose under pressure. Disconnecting the hose
under pressure could cause damage to the hose fitting and personal injury to the
operator.

- Page 2 SETTING UP THE NINJA DIN 300 PCP FILL STATION The Ninja DIN 300 connects high pressure air bulk cylinders or N2 bulk cylinders to a Pre-charged Pneumatic (PCP) airgun. On the backside of the fill station is a vent port.
- Page 3 1.2 Connect the Din 300 with quick disconnect socket to the fill fitting on the PCP airgun (Fig. 2). Close the vent on the Din 300 fill station to prevent leaks. Ensure the air rifle you are filling has a 1/8 male Industrial Interchange quick disconnect, see figure 1.4a.
- Page 4 3.0 Maintenance and Care of the Ninja Din 300 PCP Fill Station Keep the Fill Adapter clean and dry. Periodically check the female quick disconnect (#4 in parts picture) for ball damage and for o-ring wear. Check the DIN300 fitting o-ring for wear, replace all damaged parts prior to use.
