3. ASSEmbLY
3.1 Unpack and identify the parts shown in fig.1.

Pivot bolts & nuts x 2
3.2 Assemble the spout (6) to the Pump Body (2).
3.3 Attach the handle (1) to the plunger and
pivot on the pump body using the pivot Bolts
(7) as shown in fig.2. Choose the outer pivot
hole on the handle (1) for the longest stroke.
3.4 Assemble the extendable dip tube as shown
in fig.3. Firstly insert the lower tube with seal
(3) into the bottom of the sliding tube (4). see
fig.3A. Push on the lower tube so that it
emerges from the top of the sliding tube as
shown in fig.3B. screw the top of the lower
tube (3) into the bottom of the upper tube (5).
screw the top of the upper tube (5) into the
bottom of the pump body. see fig.3C.
3.5 Adjust length of dip tube and insert into
container. screw base of pump into container
opening. The unit is now ready for pumping.
