least 15 minutes to prevent overheating. When applied to sensitive
areas (e.g. face, neck, head) or several body parts at one session, the
application duration should be reduced and adjusted to accommo-
date the individual needs. The NOVAFON appliance can be used on
all body parts. Avoid contact with the temple areas or the eyes. Do
not use on genitals.
The session should feel pleasant and relaxing at all times. Stop the
application or change the position of the NOVAFON appliance if you
feel the application is painful or unpleasant.
DO NOT USE THE NOVAFON APPLIANCE IF ANY OF THE ABOVE
CONTRAINDICATIONS APPLY TO YOU.
Use of liniments: If you want to use any liniments, only use creams,
ointments or cosmetics indicated for massage application. Apply
only in a thin layer to the skin or place a thin cloth between the
NOVAFON appliance and the skin. To prevent damage, ensure that
fluids or residues cannot seep into the NOVAFON appliance. Do
not use liniments that contain aromatic oils or alcohol as these
can cause deterioration of the housing, the attachments and the
charging equipment thus damaging the appliance.
It is normal that the attachments and even the appliances head be-
come warm to the touch during use. This warmth is caused by the
mechanics in the appliance. If the head becomes hot, turn the appli-
ance of and let it cool down for at least 15 min before using it again,
if the appliance continue to be hot, immediately stop using and either
discard or return to your dealer.
