Instructions for installation and use
15. MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE (recommendations)
Interval
Maintenance work
Check all connections for leaks
Check that the safety valve on the cold water supply is
functioning correctly.
Check that all components are intact and functioning as
intended
Clean all dirt filters/strainers in the substation
Check that any electrical cables are in serviceable condition
and that it is possible to disconnect the electrical power sup-

Check the pipes and exchanger for signs of corrosion
Check that the insulation cover is intact
Check that the temperature regulators are set in accordance
with the instructions in this manual
Check the functions of all shut-off valves

tions

In the event of irregularities, lack of functionality or visible faults and
defects in a component, replace the component in questionn

substation.

Make sure that the insulation cover encloses the substation tightly
Follow the instructions in the present manual
Check that the ball valves open and close as they should
