Owners Manual Mera ELB green 24 V

Here is described the meaning of rotary switch and digital potentiometer with push button.

With the rotary switch, you can select the requested action.

With the digital potentiometer it is possible to adjust the individual velocities for plate revolution

and throughput of the turbine. The adjusted velocities are memorized. When selecting the desired

function, the velocity will be recalled from the memory until it is modified again. This allows the

user to create individual programs.

Rotary switch position Stop

Machine activates stand by mode. The level indicator shows one bar graph. After 10 minutes in

stand by mode, the machine switches OFF automatically and must be powered on with power on-

off switch (3).

Rotary switch position plate right

The plate starts rotating smoothly in clockwise direction. The velocity can be adjusted by turning

the digital potentiometer (2). The recommended speed is when 4 bar graphs are visible on the

level indicator. Now the brush lever can be turned onto the plate.

Page 2 Rotary switch position pump In this position the fluid pump can be activated by pressing on the center of the digital potentiometer (2). Use the double brush lever to moisten the disk. The pump remains activated as long the center button is pressed. Rotary switch position plate left The plate starts rotating smoothly in counter clockwise direction.
Page 3 Rotary switch position brush Disks which cannot be cleaned with the cleaning procedure as described above, should be re- processed with the special circular brush. Also for new and intensive contaminated disks and/or disks from garage sales as well as wet played disks should be processed with this function. - Move rotary to position stop.
