Step 5: (fig. 5)
1. Secure the left and right rear angles using two 1/4 X
3/4" hex bolts (J) and nylock nuts (D) See figure 5.

Step 6: (fig. 6)
1. Position the tailgate guides (1) on the inside of the cart
bodies with guide channels to the front. Assemble using
four 1/4" x 5/8" hex bolts (A) and 1/4" nylock nuts (D).
Pull the cart body halves together and tighten the four
truss head bolts, and then tighten the four hex bolts in
the sides of the cart. Then tighten the four bolts used to
attach the left and right rear angles. Do not tighten the
three hex bolts in the bottom of the cart. See figure 6.

Step 7: (fig. 7)
1. Carefully reverse the position of the cart so that it rests on
the tailgate reinforcement bracket (6a, 6b, 6c), as shown
in figure 7.

Step 8: (fig. 8)
1. Assemble the front panel over the end of the cart using
four 1/4" x 5/8" (A) hex bolts and 1/4" nylock nuts (D)
as shown in figure 4. Leave empty the two holes shown
in the bottom of the panel. Pull the cart body halves
together and tighten the two bolts in the bottom of the
front panel, then tighten the bolt in each side.
2. At this time tighten the three bolts in the bottom of the
cart which were assembled in step 1.
