How to Use Flat Grill
1. Slide the hinge release button to
release locked hinge.
5. Brush cooking plates with oil,
or spray with nonstick cooking
spray.

2. Lower lid as far as it will go to rest
on the countertop.
6. Turn temperature dial to desired
temperature.
w WARNING Burn Hazard.
Always use an oven mitt to protect hand when
opening a hot grill. Escaping steam can burn.
3. Slide the drip cups into place
under grill.
7. Once the grill has reached the
desired temperature, the READY
light will turn on.
4. Plug into outlet.
8. Place food to be cooked onto
griddle plates.
