INTENDED USE

The NRS High Back Chair has been designed as a fully adjustable daily use arm chair, suitable for users
up to 25st (158kg). The chair features moulded arm rests, a comfortable, profi led, padded back, giving
excellent lumbar support, easy to clean vinyl upholstery with optional wings for added comfort and head
support. Supplied as fl at-pack.

SAFETY

Warning: The maximum user weight must not be
more than 25st (158Kg).
Inspect the product before use – contact the service
provider in the event of damage.
Make sure all fastenings are secure and fully
tightened before use - check at regular intervals.
Do not stand on the chair or sit on the arm-rest under
any circumstances, failure to comply can result in
serious injury. Do not adjust the product while it is
in use.
Inspect the product at regular intervals for wear and
damage.

UNPACKING

Remove the packaging and check all parts carefully.
Contact your supplier immediately if parts are
missing or damaged, do not try to assemble.
