INSTALLATION pCOWeb ON THE pCO CONTROLLER

Equipment required:
•
a 3mm flat-head screwdriver
•
a map of the installation (only when installing two or more pCOWeb devices);
•
a pair of scissors
IMPORTANT: to avoid damage, bifore inserting pCOWeb disconnect power to the controller.
Each pCOWeb is uniquely distinguished by its own MAC address. The network administrator may at times
need to check the MAC address of each pCOWeb installed.
The MAC address is shown on the label applied to the connector, and on the two labels included in the
packaging. Once installed, pCOWeb may however no longer be accessible.
Therefore, during installation use the scissors to separate the two labels supplied and apply one in an easily
accessible position near the pCO controller on the electrical panel.
If more than one pCOWeb devices is installed, a map of the installation should be created, applying the second
label provided in the packaging onto the map for each pCOWeb, corresponding to its physical position; in this
way, the network administrator can be provided with precise documents on where the pCOWeb devices and
corresponding MAC addresses are located.
