Troubleshoot the power up sequence by performing the following checks:
• Check that Vbat gets to the mobile terminal and to UEMC
• Check that UEMRSTX is High
• Check that VFLASH1 is High
• Check Vcore and 19.2 MHz clock; if not check VR3
• Finally check PURX.
