Pulley Removal Set
With the Motoplat pulley removal set,
welded pulleys of the Valeo ST-Series
alternators can easily be disassembled.
The cutting teeth of the end mill is
coated with polycrystalline diamond,
which withstands high abrasive wear and
makes the VP-028 last longer than other
tools.

Pulleys with small fittings: Before the tool is placed in the pulley of the alternator, please make sure the correct side is chosen.

Place the milling cutter holder (Fig.3) on the diamond milling cutter (Fig.1) Tighten the 2 Allen key screws on the cutting mill holder firmly. The safest way to remove the weld in the pulley is too use a standing drill.
