Screen Prompts are messages you may see on the frame's screen. The following
are examples of what you might see, with a brief explanation.
IF you see... It means...
the media inserted into the
frame is either incompatible
with the frame or is corrupt.
the file is incompatible
with the frame.
the photo is either incompatible
with the frame or is corrupt.
the media inserted into the frame
contains no files or contains files that
are incompatible with the frame.
the copy button has been
pressed when there is no
media inserted in the frame.
a button has been pressed
for a function that is not available
in the frame's current state.
